Cautions:
1. Do not fill bag above the maximum line
2. Breastmilk expires 3 days in refrigerator and 3 months in the freezer
3. Pay attention to sanitation especially when using scissors
4. Do not directly put the bag into microwave, oven or hot water because of small water droplets outside the bag produced by thawing
5. Do not freeze breastmilk again after thawing

* STORAGE : In the freezer at -12°C for up to 8 weeks (recommended). If stored in the refrigerator at 4°C, it is best to consume them within 48 hours.
* PREPARATION : Transfer the meal to a suitable bowl. Steam for 15-25 minutes or microwave for 3-5 minutes. Stir occasionally to ensure even heating. Let the meal cool to a lukewarm temperature before serving. For added aroma (for toddlers and kids' meals only), thaw the meal first, then briefly stir it in a preheated pan for 10-15 seconds.

* The earliest Pickup or Delivery is within 2 working days from date of order. Customized For You Menu will require 5 working days. An SMS / WhatsApp reminder will also be send for your convenience.
