Is there a minimum order?

  1. No, there is no minimum order. You can consider our Best Starter Bundles if you have not tried our meals before or if you prefer to contact us, we would be happy to provide recommendations.



When do you deliver?

  1. Monday to Friday afternoon between 2pm to 6pm.
  2. Monday to Friday evening between 6pm to 10pm.
  3. All preferred delivery schedule is subject to availability.


What is the delivery charge?

  1. Delivery charge is $10 by motorcycle and $15 by car.
  2. Free delivery for orders over $175 (Automatically waived when checking out).


Are there areas that delivery service is not provided?

  1. We deliver to most areas in Singapore except Ubin Island, military areas, Jurong Island.


How are my meals packed for delivery?

  1. It will be placed inside a woven bag and transported in ice-packed cooler bags ensuring temperature-controlled delivery.


Will you call me if I am absent during delivery?

  1. Yes, we may call you, send you a sms/ WhatsApp or leave an absent note. You will need to arrange for re-delivery if necessary.


Are there any charges for re-delivery?

  1. Re-delivery charges of $10 will apply. You will need to reschedule the new delivery timing with our service provider.



Can I pick up my orders instead of having them delivered?

  1. You may pick up your items from our store at 1 Bedok Reservoir View, #01-07, Aquarius By The Park with a pre-selected pickup date between Monday to Friday, within our pickup hours of 12.30pm - 3.30pm. All preferred pickup schedule is subject to availability.


Can I pick up at shopping malls or MRT stations?

  1. No picking up of meals in undefined places such as shopping malls, MRT stations and airports.


How are my meals packed for pickup?

  1. It will be placed inside a woven bag. You may like to bring your own cooler bag or ice box along with you if you need to longer (over 30min) travelling time. It is best to keep the meals in a freezer within 1 hour from the time of pickup.



When is the earliest I can receive my meals after ordering?

  1. You can receive your meals 2 working days from date of order. For customized family / wellness meals will require 5 working days. A sms / email will be sent for your convenience.



What are the modes of payment?

  1. We accept most credit card, PayNow and bank transfer.



Where do we keep the meals?

  1. Our frozen meals can be stored up to 8 weeks in the freezer (-12°C).
  2. If stored in fridge (4°C), it is best to consume within 48 hours.



How do we heat-up the meals?

  1. Our meals can be easily prepared by steaming (recommended) or microwaving. Simply pop-out the meal to a suitable heating bowl and steam it for 20-25 minutes or microwave it for 3-5 minutes. Stir the food; taste it to check the temperature (leave to cool or reheat if needed) then serve! [Electronic steamer and microwave settings may vary]
