Is there a minimum order?
- No minimum order is required. If you’re new to our meals, consider trying our Best Starter Bundles. Alternatively, feel free to contact us for personalised recommendations.
DELIVERY
When do we deliver?
- Monday to Friday:
- 1 pm to 5 pm
- 3 pm to 7 pm
- 5 pm to 9 pm
- Saturday deliveries are subject to availability
What is the delivery charge?

Are there areas where delivery service is not provided?
- We deliver to most areas in Singapore, excluding Ubin Island, military zones, and Jurong Island.
How are my meals packed for delivery?
- The meals will be placed in our bag and transported by a third-party delivery service, typically using an insulated bag with limited temperature control.
Will you call me if I am absent during delivery?
- Yes, we may call you and send an SMS or WhatsApp message, but rest assured, your meals will still be left at your door.
What should I do if I am unavailable during my scheduled delivery?
- You can leave a sizable cooler bag with ice packs at your door and provide clear instructions for the delivery person to place and zip your meals inside. The items will remain frozen for up to 2 hours, depending on the quality of the bag and ice packs.
PICKUP
Can I pick up my orders instead of having them delivered?
- You can pick up your items at our store located at 308 Telok Kurau Road, #01-26, Vibes @ East Coast. Please select a pickup date and time between Monday and Saturday. All preferred pickup slots are subject to availability.
Can I pick it up at shopping malls or MRT stations?
- Meals cannot be picked up from unspecified locations, such as shopping malls, MRT stations, or airports.
How are my meals packed for pickup?
- Your meal will be placed in a woven/ plastic bag. If your travel time exceeds 30 minutes, consider bringing a cooler bag or icebox. To prevent thawing, it's best to place the meals in a freezer within 1 hour of pickup.
FULFILMENT
What is the earliest delivery or pickup time after I place my order?
- You can receive your meals on the next working days after placing your order. We will let you know via SMS or WhatsApp once your order is ready for delivery or pickup.
PAYMENT
What are the modes of payment?
- We accept most credit cards, as well as PayNow and bank transfers.
STORAGE
Where do we keep the meals?
- For optimal freshness, store in the freezer at -12°C for up to 12 weeks.
- If kept in the refrigerator at 4°C, consume within 72 hours.
PREPARATION
How do we heat the meals?
- Place the bag in boiling water and heat for 10 to 15 minutes
- Optionally, puncture a hole in the bag and microwave for 3 to 5 minutes
- Alternatively, open the bag and transfer the meal to a suitable bowl, then steam for 15 to 25 minutes
- Allow the meal to cool to a lukewarm temperature before serving
- For enhanced aroma (recommended for toddlers, kids, and chef range meals), thaw the meal first, then briefly saute in a preheated pan for 15 seconds
