A traditional French fish stew that originates from the port city of Marseille. It’s known for its rich, complex flavours and aromatic blend of ingredients, including fish and seafood simmered in a fragrant, tomato-based broth. The stew’s base is typically made from onions, leeks, garlic, and tomatoes, infused with a bouquet of Mediterranean herbs and spices.
Ingredients: whitefish, tomato, pea, potato, leek, onion, garlic, basil, thyme, parsley.
Meal size 150g: (recommended pairing - potato cubes or macaroni)

* Mildly flavoured with broth. No added starch, colouring, or chemical preservatives

* STORAGE : In the freezer at -12°C for up to 12 weeks (recommended). If stored in the refrigerator at 4°C, it is best consumed within 72 hours.
* PREPARATION : Place the bag in boiling water and heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Alternatively, puncture a hole in the bag and microwave for 3 to 5 minutes. Let the meal cool to a lukewarm temperature before serving. For added aroma (for toddlers and kids' meals only), fully thaw the meal, then briefly stir it in a preheated pan for 1 to 2 minutes.

* DELIVERY is available from Monday to Saturday with a pre-selected date / time of either (1pm to 5pm), (3pm to 7pm) or (5pm to 9pm). Standard delivery is $15 (for orders above $55), Flexi delivery is $20 (for orders below $55), and Free delivery on orders over $200.
* The earliest Pickup or Delivery is within 2 working days from the date of order. An SMS / WhatsApp reminder will also be sent for your convenience.
